Services
Before you go into labor, I’d like to meet with you (and your partner if applicable) at least 1-2 times to get to know you better and to discover what your wishes are for childbirth. I can help you create a birth plan. I’m also willing to meet your OB/Midwife if you’d like me to do so.
From when we decide you are in true labor, I will be with you 100% of your labor. I can come to your house if you wish to labor at home for early labor, or I will meet you at the hospital (or Birth Center). After the birth of your baby I will stay with you to help initiate breastfeeding if so desired, and leave at an appropriate time when your new family is comfortable together.
About one week after delivery I will come see you and your baby at your home. We can discuss and share memories of your labor and delivery. I can help you with any issues you might be having at that time.
I’m always available on my cell phone for my clients to discuss fears or to answer questions.
Services in a Nutshell:
*2 (or more) prenatal visits
-One visit could include myself accompanying you on an appointment to
your OB/Midwife
*Full support through labor and delivery
*Stay with you one to two hours after delivery
*One postpartum visit at your home
*On call service for questions or concerns
Fees
My fee is $500.00 for all the services described above.
A deposit is asked for when my services are agreed upon as a retaining fee.
The remaining balance is to be paid at our postpartum visit.
